The service department was nice and fair they told me everything that was wrong with my car and offered suggestion! They referred me to Donald and he was the best he evaluated my trade told me what it was worth before I even looked at a car then he pulled up a Camry and explained every option and answered all of my questions thoroughly! All I can say is wow!!! I am a customer for life thanks Motorcars!!! More
Made appointment and I came in for a replacement of the right front turn-signal bulb. Was not given an estimate, and told that she would tell me when she found out. Next, time she comes to get me (1 hour elapsed time - not so bad), the work is done and my bill is for $97.19 !!!! To replace a light bulb. No one should expect that price for a bulb replacement, and at the very least she should have found out the price (since I asked) and told me prior to completing the job. Follow-up: Service manager contacted me, and assured me this was not handled satisfactorily. Procedures were not followed. I've been using this dealer for 15 years, and will continue doing so. I went in for service for an oil change and to repair a problem with my washer fluid - it was not spraying. They also indicated I needed new front brakes, of which I was aware. They said the pump mot problem with my washer fluid - it was not spraying. They also indicated I needed new front brakes, of which I was aware. They said the pump motor was not working and needed to be replaced. I trusted they had checked anything else it could have been like a cracked or plugged hose, a fuse, etc. They quoted a "seemingly" high price to replace this motor. I took it to another shop and it turns out the motor worked fine. There was a crack in a hose which was repaired at NO CHARGE. I also had this shop replace the brakes for a price that was 65% lower than the brake quote from Motorcars. Motorcars Toyota blatantly lied about the washer pump not working. This was not a simple "mistake." The motor was running when the other shop inspected it - it could not be missed. Unbelievable! I was completely surprised that an established dealership would deceive and cheat. One can only suspect it happens daily to many customers. I purchased my last two vehicles from Motorcars; however, I will not return there ever again for anything. I hope that consumers see this review. DO NOT TRUST MOTORCARS in Cleve Hts, OH. More
I came in for an oil change after making a last minute appointment. i was greeted right at my car and was directed inside to Keith who took me right away. When pulling into the dealership the valets are extremely welcoming, George my service advisor answered all the questions I had and he really understood what was going on with my vehicle. He's not a pushy salesman. He's a quiet storm is salesmanship. very caring and patient he gets you what you want or close to it. even after your closing Joe still helps you in days after. I recently took my 2007 RAV4 to a local Toyota dealer for its "gazillion mile" servicing. They told me I needed a new battery ( it was only 2 years old). I brought the RAV4 to Motorcars Toyota - who indica its "gazillion mile" servicing. They told me I needed a new battery ( it was only 2 years old). I brought the RAV4 to Motorcars Toyota - who indicated the battery only needed terminals cleaned, and also found a broken water pump, filthy cabin filter, missing filter door. They repaired the problems, and returned the car to me in record time. It drives like a new car! I was treated like a member of the family - and my car was serviced to be safe and reliable on the road. More
