I purchased my Camry in 2006 @ Motorcars and it is the only place I bring my car for service, even though it is a far distance from both my home and my office. I have always been extremely well treated by all the staff in the service, parts, and rental car departments. Everyone has always been friendly and treat me as though I am related to the owner. I recently had to bring my car in to have a fuel sensor replaced. Due to a parts ordering error, I had to bring the car back twice. Don Shaffer did a magnificent job of handling this situation. He was extremely professional, friendly, courteous and apologetic that I needed to make another trip. When I returned the second time, he greeted me at my car door in the service area and took care of me immediately. He also ensured I was compensated for my time and I am so appreciative. Staff like Don are the reason I have remained a loyal service customer since 2006 and will remain so! Thank you so much! More
I had a Toytoa Camry for eight years and it was in execellent condition. My husband and I came to Motorcars to have my 80,000 mile service. While passing the time, we went to the show room. Jeremy Sassatelli, our salesperson, was friendly and did not put a great deal of pressure on us during his presentation about the different Toyota's we looked at and after we left. We were there on a Monday and I told him I had a busy week so do not expect an instant answer. He gave me a week and called about the time we decided to take another look. He gave us some options but let us make up our minds. Jeremy was professional, pleasant and a real pleasure to work with. He could be family!!! More
I brought my Prius in for service and did not know where to park my vehicle due to the construction. I left the vehicle around back and walked upfront to be greeted by Orlando with a smile which left me fee to park my vehicle due to the construction. I left the vehicle around back and walked upfront to be greeted by Orlando with a smile which left me feeling good because taking your vehicle in for service has not been fun in the past. He introduced himself and extended his hand which I felt was something different and great, again not something I am used to at Motorcars! I told him I was frustrated and lost and needed to service my vehicle but didn't know where to park. Orlando told me not to worry and took my keys and actually pulled my vehicle around and took care of everything. I told him I needed an oil change but forgot my coupon and he again told me not to worry that he would take care of it. Orlando took the time to explain the additional services in a manner i could understand. Orlando actually walked me to my vehicle handed me his card and thanked me for coming in. I never experienced this level of service at Motorcars and have never been thanked for coming in and he had a way of making me feel as if i was his only customer for the moment which i very much appreciate. Orlando has earned a customer for life and I wanted to let him and Motorcars know that his professionalism is appreciated. Motorcars needs more people like him... Keep up the good work because great service is hard to find. Thank you Orlando and Thank you Motorcars! More

I don't see that Orlando Martinez is listed on the review board but I have to say that he was wonderful! He was very professional and took the time to explain what was needed. Things seem to be a bit crazy board but I have to say that he was wonderful! He was very professional and took the time to explain what was needed. Things seem to be a bit crazy due to the construction but he made me feel comfortable and kept me informed. He took the time to answer all my questions and actually thanked me for my time which is a first at Motorcars. I came in for an oil change and spent almost $1000 and left as a very happy customer. Keep up the good work Orlando. I will be back! More
I went to Motercars for fluid in my dashboard earlier this week and I was assisted by Justin Munford. I was extremely scared and thought my car was damaged permanently. Justin took the time to explain the issue with my car and how the mechanics would fix the problem. Justin was very patient and kind with me and put my mind at ease. I love the Cleveland Heights location!! I bought my 1st 1999 Camry in 2001 & I was there in April 2011 for service & I just happen to mention to my service advisor that I was interested in talking 1999 Camry in 2001 & I was there in April 2011 for service & I just happen to mention to my service advisor that I was interested in talking to a salesman about a new car but not ready to buy yet. Soon after the staff meeting was over I was introduced to Ramon Oneal. He was new to the company but you never knew this because he was very informed about all things Toyota. If he couldn't answer the question he made sure he found someone who could answer my questions. Toyota & Ramon kept their promise to have the items that were not on my new 2011 Camry added within 5 days plus give me a loan free of charge. I now have 2 Toyota Camry in my household & the 1999 rides just like the 2011 but without the new car smell! My experiences with the Service Department at Motorcars has been fantastic. I have been taking our 2006 Toyota Highlander to Motorcars for the past two years. I had been going to another Toyota Dealer and found things changing-not to my liking. this is why I decided to try Motorcars. Kevin Hudak, Matt Glontz-tech and Jonothan Gradomski have been professional, reasonable and straightforward-which is what I want. I am now bringing three cars here. It amazes me that after dealing with the other dealer-probably close to 20 years, I started to get lesser service-jobs sent to wrong tech and lots of immediate suggested repairs that may not have been required. I hope that doesn't happen here-as long as things stay as they have been for my first 4 visits, I'll become a longtime customer. Matt, the technician is excellent. Kevin and Jon do a great job.
