Jon not only excels at customer service he goes above and beyond to keep customers happy. I brought my three small children with me the first time we came to Motorcars when we had a major service and two r beyond to keep customers happy. I brought my three small children with me the first time we came to Motorcars when we had a major service and two recalls on our van. He checked on us consistently, made sure we were comfortable and kept us updated on the van's progress. Even though we were there for three hours I felt very cared for as did my children. The last time I came in I had a different service member who fell well short of helpful. I considered taking my van out to another dealership but Jon managed to redeem my faith in Motorcars. I will happily continue to service my vehicle here because of Jon. More

Jon really went above and beyond during my service visit. He was friendly, receptive and easy to deal with. I had a warranty he had never seen before (from TX)and he did everything he could to find out wha He was friendly, receptive and easy to deal with. He then went ahead and applied to the warranty company for my rebate for me, without my asking! He also gave me advice as to how to handle a possible future warranty issue. I gave this rating because I was given excellent service by Derek. The day I purchased my car, he worked very hard to get my new car ready for me when I was in a hurry. When he noticed that the car wasn't as clean as he expected it to be, it was fine for me, he told me to come back in at my convenience and he would have it re detailed and cleaned like new for me. When I went back for the re detailing 2 weeks later, he was extremely friendly and made sure everything was going well with my car and made sure that the time was taken to complete my cleaning and detailing to the best standards. Also, he sets himself apart from other service advisors by being very tall, extremely well-dressed ( exemplary, and he was a pleasure to work with.
