I purchased my Tacoma from this dealership in 2003, brand new 2004 model. Over the next 2 years I had it serviced at this location. Also...This dealership preys on senior citizens! Charging for work that was requested to be performed when it actually was not. Over charging for parts and labor, unnecessary and shoddy work. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Salesman Luis Castro used deceptive practices to attempt to sell us a car via the Costco Auto Buying program. Over the course of two weeks he used deceptive pricing, att used deceptive practices to attempt to sell us a car via the Costco Auto Buying program. Over the course of two weeks he used deceptive pricing, attempted a bait and switch and then attempted to take the "Costco pricing discount" off the MSRP and not the dealer invoice price. A difference of thousands of dollars! After filing complaints with Toyota Motor and Quality Toyota I was put in touch with Larry Tuff "Customer Relations Manager" who was aggressive and rude on the phone and his only argument was that "I was not really a Costco member". For the record, we are executive members and have been for over 15 years. He raised his voice and attempted to place the blame on me. This was truly the WORST experience I have ever had with a car dealership. More

He's friendly without being fake and he had the exact vehicle I had asked for via email ready when I got there. When I changed my mind about the model vehicle I wanted, he tracked down the exact model, color, and configuration I wanted. I changed my mind again and chose a specific model at Quality Toyota. Luis was patient and accommodating the entire time and sold me my 2012 Toyota Tundra. I am sure there are other good salespeople there, but I would definitely ask for Luis. More

Paul introduced me to Barbara Marino and her staff in the fleet dept. and Luis Castro really helped me get a great Tacoma truck when I needed it the very same day. It went smoothly and quickly and I really love my new vehicle. Luis made sure I got some trade-in value for my Camry and was very helpful in getting things accomplished in a most pleasant manner. Everyone is so professional and personable; from when you drive unto the lot, to heading to the showroom...someone meets and greets you and opens your door and directs you to your awaiting party. Our family has had the pleasure of working with the fleet and internet director, Barbara Marino, for several years. Barbara Marino has always gone beyond the call of duty for us. Whether it was finding a hard to find vehicle, going to bat for us regarding credit and down payments, to just answering our silly questions, Barbara has been there for all of us. She is more than a salesperson, we are proud to call her a friend.
