Terrible dealership and terrible customer service. I purchased a used KIA Sorento. I called in advance to avoid haggling price at the dealership and spending 4 hours there after my wife just got don I purchased a used KIA Sorento. I called in advance to avoid haggling price at the dealership and spending 4 hours there after my wife just got done going through her chemo treatment. After agreeing on an out the door price I still waited over 2 hours, for what I don't know considering I was already pre approved for a large auto loan through my credit union that I was told the dealership works with frequently. After about 2 hours and getting done in the finance department I found my sales rep Tyler. I asked if he had the keys so I could get my car and go home. He told me he would check if the car was done being washed and fueled. I thought this was interesting considering he told me he was taking care of that before I even met with the finance department well over an hour prior. He went to get my car which at this point I already owned and paid for. I waited over 20 minutes for them to bring the car from across the street. After getting my car from across the street he made a left turn and headed the opposite way of the dealership. When he pulled up in my car I saw the gas station receipt in his hand which lead me to believe he just filed the car up after I was told that was taken care of already. After all of this he decided to tell me that because the front windshield was tinted when they took the stickers off it ruined the tint. He offered to remove the tint. Now keep in mind I noticed the tinted windshield the minute I saw the car I know it's illegal in the state of California but the dealership did not disclose that the windshield was tinted the entire 2 hours I was there. After ruining the tint on the windshield I asked if they could refund me for the damage or pay to fix it in which they said no. I Understand they cannot refund me and pay to put illegal tint on the windshield but at this point it was about the principle. I did not want to be at the dealership any longer so I got in the car with my wife and left. I ended up calling the sales manger on my way home and after going around and around talking to brick wall he told me because the windshield was tinted they cannot fix it for me. He told me that it's illegal to sell a vehicle with a tinted windshield in California. I continued to press him about the issue and asked him why did he sell me the car with a tinted windshield and that if they didn't damage the windshield tint that they would have sold it to me as is with a tinted windshield which is illegal in California. So they were willing to sell the car to me with an illegal tinted windshield which I didn't have a problem with but when they damaged it and refused to fix it they tried to tell me it's cause it was illegal to have a tinted windshield and they wouldn't fix it. I asked him that if he knew the windshield was tinted when he car was turned in to his lot why was the tint not taken off right away before re selling it, to which he didn't have a response. After a 15 minute phone call that got me no where I hung up. Terrible customer service. No responsibility. Don't buy from here. Head sales manger called me the next day and offered to have the tint removed free of charge at a convenient location. He apologized for the entire situation and was very polite over the phone. More

I arrived at 3 pm and left with my new 2025 Camry by dinner time 7 pm. They listened to what I was looking for and delivered! Eli took time to ask what where my must haves and my deal breakers.
