The place is clean; customer service is outstanding… finance or pricing is a long process, and Toyota has to fix this ASAP. There was excellent customer support from both Omar and Dustin during the 4 days before I arrived at the dealership. I chose the dealership even though it's an hour and 45 minutes from where I live in San Dustin during the 4 days before I arrived at the dealership. I chose the dealership even though it's an hour and 45 minutes from where I live in San Diego. Once I arrived, I was quickly approached and asked if they could help. I was escorted to meet with Omar. I had an outstanding experience and chose the black Corolla Cross XLE instead of the green one I was originally interested in purchasing. All my questions were answered. I was transfered to finance to complete the purchase. I ended up purchasing the 84 month extended warranty coverage as well. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend people ho here if interested in a new or used Toyota. More
