Jonathan always takes the time to patiently answer all my questions about my car and my car insurance. He is very knowledgeable and ensures that I am well-informed about the parts my car needs. During my recent visit for service, Jonathan even arranged for a Lyft to take me home so that I didn't have to worry about transportation. When my car was ready, he personally called me to let me know, and within minutes, my Lyft was waiting outside to bring me back to the dealership. I also appreciate Jonathan's proactive approach in helping me plan for future services. As my last free oil change had expired, I asked him about my options.
