When I arrived at this dealer, a gentleman named Melvin helped me out and kept me in contact for the cars I was interested in. He was extremely helpful and set up an appointment for me with another salesma helped me out and kept me in contact for the cars I was interested in. He was extremely helpful and set up an appointment for me with another salesman as he wasn’t available on a day I was. Omar helped me find the car I wanted, and joined me on the test drive. He was very helpful and cooperative with my budget. Once we had settled the numbers, he got right to getting the car ready while sending me to another gentleman named Fernando who was also extremely helpful. Fernando kept it real with me and was able to communicate with my father so we were both aware of everything we were signing up for. He was amazingly friendly and gave us solid advice on car maintenance and other recommendations for the car. He recommended spots for me to check out for any modifications I’d want to consider (window tints, paint coating, etc.) Everyone I encountered at this dealer was helpful and cooperative, so thank you to all who assisted me in the venture of acquiring my new vehicle! More

Not very good communication. Was told it was a 2 hour wait with an appointment. After the two hours past I checked on my status of my vehicle and was told it would be done in 5 Was told it was a 2 hour wait with an appointment. After the two hours past I checked on my status of my vehicle and was told it would be done in 5 minutes. And the person who checked me in looked bothered and said well we do have 150 cars ahead of you. I didn’t know that first come first serve come before appointments. Not very good time management More
