(As an Old Dog I can learn new tricks) Russell Duddroe was Toyota Direct's on line salesman at the time and from then on we were hooked! Russell was great, found the vehicle we wanted, the price we needed and had the time to make us feel needed! I'm a firm believer that you service where you buy, my Tacoma has never been any where else! I'm treated with respect and the service staff makes me feel as though they really care that I'm their customer. As a former purchasing manager for 30 years I found that price was important but not as important as service and support. When I buy, I look for a Dealership that has a good price, good service and a staff that knows the customer is his real employer. Toyota Direct Hits The Bullseye on ALL 3! My wife is nearing retirement and will have to give up her company Toyota Camry with a modest 110000 miles (the last one had close to 200,000 miles). After speaking and emailing with Toyota Direct, I felt comfortable and confident that they would be able to help me out. Every employee i've encountered, whehter on the sales side or now the maintenance side, have been fantastic to deal with, and the maintenance waiting area is comfortable. The only downside was my first maintenance appointment, which took much longer than estimated, but this last time was right on time and everything was perfect. More

Chris Grossman and the service department have gone above and beyond to make sure that my vehicles were well taken care of. They know me and and my family and treat us like family. I have never had a problem with any of my vehicles or with the service provided. My last sales person was Patti Street. She, too, went beyond the call ( delivering my new vehicle to my doorstep ) to take care of me. I appreciated, too, that she listening to me and what I wanted rather than trying to push her own sales agenda. I will continue to return to Toyota Direct to purchase and to obtain service as long as I am treated as these people have treated me. More
