Excellent service quickly taken care of. I honestly could not believe when the sales rep came and told me that my car was ready. They had not only made all the changes for my 5,000 mile check I honestly could not believe when the sales rep came and told me that my car was ready. They had not only made all the changes for my 5,000 mile checkup, but had also washed my VERY dirty car. Everyone was very cordial and I was in and out in a little more than 30 minutes. Highlander Analysis New Highlander was road tested for low speed hesitation and excessive shifting. Computer results showed normal operation. Issues apparently stem from New Highlander was road tested for low speed hesitation and excessive shifting. Computer results showed normal operation. Issues apparently stem from rapid shifting of the new 8 speed transmission and need for additional acceleration. Reset of drive memory ? definitely improved my subsequent driving experience after leaving dealership. Need to mention that these issues did not occur in my 2013 and 2015 Highlanders. . More
