We moved from another city where we were good friends with the dealership owners. We received exceptional treatment there and did not quite know what to expect without those personal connnections. We have not been disappointed with our move to this dealership. We have always been treated with consideration, explanations of service have been clear and thorough and the individuals always friendly. Recall and drivers side Window repair I brought my Rav 4 in for a recall and asked for your service technicians to look at the drivers side window because it wasn't working properly. Chris I brought my Rav 4 in for a recall and asked for your service technicians to look at the drivers side window because it wasn't working properly. Chris Palumbo said they would look at it and get back to me on a repair cost. I left the car and asked Chris to call me when he knew more. He did call back and recommended some repairs which I did have the cabin air filter replaced. I had no idea there was one. He said it should be ready to pick up soon after. Chris called back and said it was ready to pick up within about 30 minutes. When I got there to pick it up there was no charge for repairing the window. That was a great relief and I really appreciated that. Overall a pain free visit and also feel more comfortable with my teenage son now driving this car. Thank you, Mark Miles More
