Being disabled, I’ll say this… take care of your customer…. If you do good by a customer, they will tell their buddy, you xxxx off a customer, and they will tell everybody, and when you have a repea customer…. My Service Advisor Kelsey was efficient, knowledgeable, and engaged. She even remembered and had repaired a small item I mentioned after the initial checkin. THIS IS A QUALIFIED 5 STAR! The qualified part is the installation of an apparently defective oil plug seal or the oil plug was not tightened according to specs. This resulted in a leakage on our garage floor which caused concern that the engine may be damaged. The 5 STAR part is the fact that once we notified the dealership of the situation, Mohammed Jameel, and his tech (sorry I did not get his name) came to our residence within an hour or so and corrected the situation. .
