Once in the shop for those, however, the technicians discovered other crucial parts for keeping the batteries from overheating were missing. Dimitri did everything he could to locate those parts and get them shipped to us, which proved quite difficult. Ten days later, he must have pulled all his favors in order to get the hybrid specialist to complete our job on a Saturday. More
