I apologize for the confusion related to the recommendations from your recent service. I have spoken to the service advisor about this. He said that the services listed were not needed on this visit. the recommendations are that you service them on the next visit. The technicians have 3 choices 1) Red (Needs immediate attention) 2) Yellow (Approaching service limits) 3) Green (No attention required at this time). When yellow is selected, our system generates a reminder for the next visit. Both yellow and reds that are not completed are listed as declined services so that the system will trigger this reminder. I will look into whether we are able to change the wording on the yellow items for the future. Sorry for the miscommunication. Rob Hall Customer Retention Manager Toyota of Bellingham
