Staff are typically very nice but are frequently overbooked/ running behind. This was the first time they had time to run my car through the wash and the rear wiper was damaged (I'm guessing the sen overbooked/ running behind. This was the first time they had time to run my car through the wash and the rear wiper was damaged (I'm guessing the sensor wasn't turned off and it was triggered during the wash). Ultimately, I don't feel that the value/attention to detail is sufficient for non warranty work but this has been my experience at most dealerships. Again, service staff are very nice but unfortunately that's not enough. More
