It was a challenge since these cars are in such high demand and due to the market, most dealerships were adding an absurd markup to the price of the car. I was lucky enough to find the exact spec of the car I wanted and when I inquired, Jordan the internet sales manager proudly told me that Toyota of Bellingham didn't do market adjustments on their cars and this one hadn't been reserved yet. I put a deposit down and a month and a half later, the car finally arrived at the dealership. Between this time, Jordan kept in constant contact with me on any updates including a brief 2 week quality hold for the car, and accommodated all of my requests for the prep of the car. On the way to the dealership I'd be lying if I said I wasn't skeptical or worried they would drop a last second market adjustment on me, but nope! Everything went even better than it possibly could have. We were greeted by all of the friendly staff, and since we had arrived a little before lunch, offered a delicious lunch of BBQ pulled pork sliders. When we finally got down to the paperwork, both Travis, the finance manager and Jordan walked my wife and I through everything and answered all of our questions. They were not pushy whatsoever, even when we declined the additional packages they offered. Just said "okay, no problem" and didn't ask again. Honestly, I've never written a review this long, but this place 110% deserves it and all of the praise it's gotten. If I'm ever in the market again for another car, the first place I call will be this one. People would be smart to take their business here. Thank you Toyota of Bellingham. More

Once I arrived a few days later, the process was seamless. Lindsay was kind enough to help me setup the features through Toyota app and explain the buttons and features on the van.
