After I was informed of my recently repaired catalytic converter (that I paid for up front ) was ready to be pickup I was then informed that they left mine and 44 of cars parked in back lot that got floo converter (that I paid for up front ) was ready to be pickup I was then informed that they left mine and 44 of cars parked in back lot that got flooded. There was little—no help from dealership. Had no idea how bad car was, what choices there were in terms of what to do with the flooded car. Very disappointed with response and lack of accepting any responsibility for damage done under their care. More
