Making the service appointment and checking in went okay. However actual service work did not go well. I came in for a check engine light and an inspection for other possible problems (PPI). When I left I still had the check engine light, tech said I needed to replace one of the three computer modules before job can be completed. I can understand and accept that, but somehow the key fob door unlock function that worked before I came in no longer works. The top down process that did work no longer works. When I asked the tech why, he said it couldn’t be anything he did. Said that it was just a coincidence that problems were happening now. Told me to go back to where I bought the car. And walked away, leaving me in the parking lot. There are other minor issues like billing for full two hour inspection when tech said he quit after one hour due to car’s faulty computer module. Not at all happy with the outcome. More
I was not notified my car was done until I called. The service advisor had a customer in front of me and apparently he didn’t seem overly concerned that I was waiting. There were other advisers without customers who didn’t see me. After about 15 minutes Dimitri(sp) helped me pay and get my truck. Daniel did offer to take my canopy off and on to do the recall work without charging me. Having service advisers I guess is how dealership service departments are run now, but my experience at Toyota of Bellingham has been spotty at best. More
I've purchased 3 cars over my years from this lacation and from the moment I drive in I feel valued. Ive experienced nothing less than amazing service and never that stereotypical car dealership rigamaroo and from the moment I drive in I feel valued. Our most recent car purchase was with Lindsay, and she navigated the entire process as if I was the only person she was working with. Toyota has provides us with great machines but when that time comes to shop cars again, we will be back. I recommend Bellingham Toyota! More
Service was great. They corrected the invoice after I pointed out that I had a sale price for the service. Only bad thing is there were people in the waiting lounge wearing masks below their noses and o pointed out that I had a sale price for the service.
