Service rep Sage wonderful! SL63AMG and no loaner from the dealership is low rent. When I purchased this car new from this dealership I was assured that I would always have a loaner. Overall pretty good, I had a problem with a spare key for my 2018 Tacoma though. Upon buying the truck I was given a spare single key with no fab. Unfortunately the spare didn’t work. It would not unlock the my 2018 Tacoma though. Upon buying the truck I was given a spare single key with no fab. Unfortunately the spare didn’t work. It would not unlock the doors or start the ignition. Unfortunately it ended up taking 2 months to get a working spare with a fab. All is good now. Also upon bringing the truck in for my first service in April 2021 I walked out having to pay over $200 that day. A little disappointed in that seeing as I had just bought the truck 3 months prior. Customer service has been good though. It’s a lot easier to deal with mistakes when customer service is good at least. Overall I’d say I’m happy with Bellingham Toyota thus far. More
