The person, I dealt with is the only reason for any stars ⭐️ at all. Was told it would be real quick & said just the oil that’s all. Talked me into the car wash & vacuum. It was not so waited another half hour waiting for my vehicle only for it to not really be washed/vacuumed which I didn’t want in the first place. A complete waste of valuable time. I don’t feel like my time was valued. I was originally told the service would take 5 hours. I came back to ask for status after 6 hours and 20 minutes, and was told it would be another hour. I was at the dealership for a total of 7 hours and 40 minutes. Sage (service advisor) knew I was sticking around and never checked on me once. More
