I'm conflicted by this place. I've worked with them for some time. I've bought new and used vehicles from the folks listed in this review. Amrani is top-notch and I would love to work with him again. Dazey I have worked with before at another dealership and he is easily 1 out of 5 stars. He didn't get a stellar (one of those "give us 10 out of 10s and I'll give you a good deal" type things) so he called me AT WORK to complain to me that I almost got him fired! When I saw him at the Toyota dealership the other day my heart about stopped. I was already in a bad mood because a 30-minute first thing in the morning service appointment had already gone 2 1/2 HOURS!! and then I see this Dazey guy. It was disappointing. I was looking at buying a Tundra or Tacoma etc. in the coming year(s) but it will likely not be from this dealership. I know they have a lot of turnover in the industry...maybe he will move on by then. I have some other things to say about my recent visit regarding the long wait and poor communication but I'm too hot right now to get into that mess. More

We had an hour drive from our campground and a 4 hr. wait but that was mostly because they fit us in without an appointment . Our roadside service Coach-net was able to get us the appointment in Bellin wait but that was mostly because they fit us in without an appointment . Our roadside service Coach-net was able to get us the appointment in Bellingham. (kudos to Coach-net) We are in our Mercedes sprinter van full time and were camped out at Rockport , WA. Our Mercedes was acting up misfiring and at times not accelerating well on the uphill. A particular valve needed cleansing ( a common problem it turns out ) . The whole procedure was covered under our extended warranty including the diagnostic . MY son went with me to look at cars.
