I was very disappointed that my vehicle was still in warranty with a dead alternator. I wasn’t given a loaner vehicle according to your warranty I was suppose to. Instead they had me rent a vehicle from warranty with a dead alternator. I wasn’t given a loaner vehicle according to your warranty I was suppose to. Instead they had me rent a vehicle from Hertz Rental which cost me $42.66 which they had in their parking lot, how convenient. Very disappointed. More

The first appointment needed to be rescheduled while waiting for parts. One recall service was performed as planned. The other needed a sticker to complete, and that was not available requiring another waiting for parts. One recall service was performed as planned.
