Overall everything was professional, but would only recommend with reservation. Main issue for me is that there was no check in from the tech who did the work and no opportunity to ask questions from s recommend with reservation. I spent $1250 including $150 +- for an overall inspection but the only info I got was checks in the boxes. The service rep was Sage, a young woman who did fine with clerical but really doesn't have the experience to deal with mechanical details and didn't find me someone who does. Other dealerships have sent an experienced tech to review and I was able to ask questions and get relevant info about my rig. I'm sure things were done by the book but I'm left in the dark without answers to my specific questions. Not sure of quality of work, not something I can see and couldn't ask questions about status of old fluids, hoses, belts, etc. More
