Very happy with my experience with Jack C. in sales and the finance dept (can't remember name) service department is a different story! Service failed to hear me and failed to believe the note I left in th the finance dept (can't remember name) service department is a different story! (Had a slow leak in a tire...filled it EVERY DAY....told them that) all this ended in a 2 1/2 hour appointment for a simple oil change! I would recommend them but highly recommend the customer be VERY clear and have advisor repeat service needed before leaving the vehicle. More
