I waited 3 hours with out hearing from anyone when I took my car in for oil change and check engine light. Then the oil change service was incomplete because they didn’t rotate the tires or clean the car. I my car in for oil change and check engine light. The representative was Dimitri who also tried to claim personal responsibility for the work done when he actually had no idea I had Ben waiting 3 hours and did not know what was going on with my car when I approached him.
