My car was returned sort of washed. The 3 areas of door guard remain I repaired. Looks shabby, still. The interior was wiped down. Good service Great service and fast. I wanted oil change filters, cabin filters, windshield wipers etc. and didn’t require some of it, and recommended I wait till Great service and fast. Most dealers would have replaced it all and charged a lot for unnecessary work. It good to know there are is a dealer that is honest. Good social distancing also. Everyone in in the dealership had masks on and most had gloves also. I felt very safe during the virus time. More

Visited Toyota of Bellingham in order to complete 2 major jobs on my Lexus. Oil change & transmission fluid replacement. Speaking to the manager, he was certain that my Lexus Ls only took 6-7 quarts of oil. jobs on my Lexus. Oil change & transmission fluid replacement. Speaking to the manager, he was certain that my Lexus Ls only took 6-7 quarts of oil. About 400 miles after my oil change my car told me I was very low on oil, inspected the dip stick - no reading. Had to get my car towed into another car shop. They took apart my skid plate & tested for oil leaks, found nothing. Came to the likelihood that Toyota of Bellingham didn't fill my car full of 9 quarts of oil. No, my Ls doesn't burn oil. When I had my transmission fluid changed & my car was ready to pick up, i drove away at 6ish pm. Around 830pm, my car's speedometer blew up with warning signs indicating something was wrong with my vehicle. Had a weird sound come from my transmission & due to the fact that just shortly before my car wasn't that smooth changing gears & accelerating. I knew, something was up with my transmission. Luckily, FAST towing was kind enough to come asap & help me out. Had them drop my Ls off at Toyota of Bellingham overnight. Next day, they investigated the transmission & realized that they didn't pump enough fluid back into the vehicle. According to the manager, "one of our machines dial wasn't reading correctly". Yeah, that simple mistake could of costed me thousands & thousands of dollars if I decided to drive my car anymore than I already did the night before. Which would of fallen on Toyota of Bellingham's charges, but still- something nobody should have to go through. Never refunded me anything more than my towing expense. Manger wasn't too helpful & entire team wasn't taught how to service customers. Moment you walk in, nobody services you - you have to find someone to help you. No waiting lines, directions for new comers, nothing. Overall, wouldn't recommend getting your expensive vehicle serviced here. I could only imagine how hard I'd be to legally fight them against they're own faults, so hard to deal with at first. More
