I went there for parts and they had me pull into the service entry area. After the part was installed I could not exist the area by driving forward due to multiple vehicles obstructing the exit lane S service entry area. Good experience, with one exception. While washing my vehicle, they broke my (Toyota) acrylic hood protector.
