The service advisor was very helpful and professional. However, I was told that my service would include a tire rotation that was not completed so i will have to do that myself even though i paid to have However, I was told that my service would include a tire rotation that was not completed so i will have to do that myself even though i paid to have it done. Even if tires all have the same tread depth, they still develope different wear patterns front to rear. Tires should be rotated to maintain even wear not to fix it. More

He let me know that when its time for my bigger 100k mile service to call in advance so he can research what needed to be done which is cool because I know my car will be in good hands. Overall experience was quick and easy which is exactly what I wanted . Overall I will be recommending Toyota of Bellingham to my friends. More
