I am partly satisfied with the service I received. I brought a 2019 Tacoma in. This is owned by my company. I’ve been having problems with the charging ports that are the cigarette lighter type. It was in back in December, and only one of the charging ports was fixed. Both were not operating. One worked for a while after it was fixed, and then stopped working. Yesterday, the one on the dashboard got fixed again. The one located on the passenger side, which is the one that is supposed to have constant voltage, did not get fixed. The service writer told me it wasn’t gonna get fixed, because it was aftermarket according to the technician. This can’t be possible. This is a 2019. Nobody from my company put an aftermarket charging port in this truck. Because I do pass control, and must keep my phone charged at all times, must keep my GPS charged at all times, and must keep my service ticket printer charged at all times, it’s important that all charging ports work. Can somebody please explain to me how a cigarette lighter charging port in a 2019 vehicle could be aftermarket. More

Employee I dealt with was courteous, but I don’t remember her name. I was disappointed with this visit. My car was not vacuumed at all, dirty fingerprints all over door handles and dash, wash job was horribl her name. I was disappointed with this visit. Also coupon I had was not applied so I asked her to apply it and she wanted me to save it for next time. I asked for it ($15 coupon) to be refunded which she did, but it didn’t include tax. Small amount, but it should have been done correctly. Had to pick a person I dealt with but didn’t see anyone but girl who did paperwork and didn’t see her listed. Technician Chris, and service advisor Daniel per paperwork. More

Bellingham Toyota fulfills my needs as a Toyota owner, but as I have 4 if them being asked to answer this survey multiple times is getting boring.
