I’m pretty sure you all already know that Alyssa Is the MVP on the service team and best example in the service department of how to make everything go smoothly for the customer. We’ve been working with this dealership for 5 years and as long as she is involved with my maintenance I can always count on things to go well and if not she will always make it right. I no longer dread dropping off my vehicle to be service because I am welcomed with a smile and genuine interest to get my vehicle checked in and get me off to my work day. For some reason this isn’t a simple task because if I pull my car in and she’s not there no one will greet me and more than likely will not make eye contact which I’m assuming is because they don’t want another thing to do. Take the challenge and pull a vehicle in to see how long in takes for someone to greet you and desire to get you out of there. If it wasn’t for Allyssa I would not have purchased 3 more vehicles from your dealership. I tell everyone that I refer to Toyota that when it’s in her hands she is your “consider it done” person. As long as Alyssa and Richard in sales is at Toyota I will be purchasing / servicing my vehicles at this dealership and I will for sure be telling everyone about them. More
