The work was completed in a reasonable time frame; the waiting area is well maintained, and includes free WiFi. -On previous visits I have had difficulties with service at Toyota of Bellingham, with their attempts to upsell, and poor record keeping on the dealership's part; however based on this most recent experience, it appears the current management has worked to improve their customer service.
