As far as service is concerned everything went well with one exception. I had specifically asked to have all the lights checked. Super Amazing Service and Professionalism! I live about 80 miles from this dealership. There are at least 3-5 Toyota dealerships that are much closer to my home. I chose to purchase my 2020 4Runner from Toyota of Bellingham because of the people. General Sales Manager Peter Fiztpatrick got the exact vehicle that I wanted. He understood why it was important for me to get what I wanted - he never tried to sell me something that was on the lot or more convenient to obtain. Sales Consultant Roy Amrani knew everything about the 4Runner and gave an extremely helpful tutorial of the vehicle's functions - he was one of the best sales representatives I have ever worked with, and I have purchased over 2 dozen cars in my lifetime. Finance manager Don Dahlstrtom had all of my paperwork ready to go by the time I arrived at the dealership, He had me out of the door within 30 minutes. If all car dealerships operated like Toyota of Bellingham, 100% of customers would actually love their car-buying experiences. This is a professionally run store that makes customer satisfaction its top priority. My sincerest compliments to the entire management team and staff at Toyota of Bellingham! More
