Victor was completely incompetent and sexist. The first sale manager was rude and offended me multiple times. He counter offered with the sticker price. It was unbelievable. The back and forth game they played was ridiculous and almost made me walk away completely. I believe Elijah was my first encounter and he is the reason I bought from Toyota.
