We called for an appt. and Daniel told us to bring it right in. He advised us to have it towed, as we would have had to drive it on the freeway for several miles. We were able to get a loaner car and we were called about two hours later with the news that a large rodent had chewed the electrical wiring!. It was fixed by the next morning and we were extremely happy customers. Thank you Daniel and Toyota for your usual good service. More

Trust Given, Trust Earned, Trust Proven I have been a Toyota's customer for over 30 years because of their inter systems design, specifically Four Runner and the overseas version Toyota Fo I have been a Toyota's customer for over 30 years because of their inter systems design, specifically Four Runner and the overseas version Toyota Fortuner. Toyota has proven its mechanical and electrical reliability standards beyond the automotive norms; I trust Toyota. In fall of 2017, I returned to the United States to undergo an emergency left knee replacement revision. Days before surgery, my Four Runner was stolen and was recovered days later. My Four Runner was damaged electrically, outside and inside; it was a chaotic time period. I asked my service advisor Alyssa Anderson, could she restore my Four-Runner back to Toyota's standards "in and out"? She stated, "I will do my best". I gave insurance decisions and repairs, responsibilities to my service advisor Alyssa Anderson. I was taken by surprise with her knowledge of Toyota's electrical, mechanical, and interior desgin systems. My advisor went above and beyond Toyota's standards. Almost perfect. They take good care of my car, quickly and conveniently. My only complaint is their inability to separate my info from my ex-wife's. More than 9 years after the divorce and after many visits and corrections, they still show my ex's email address for me. And every time I make an appointment, they ask which car I'm bringing in - I think they still have her Sienna that she sold 2 years ago listed under my name. I've brought up both errors several times when checking in, and every time, the service rep corrects it in the computer system or on paper or both, but it never stays corrected. More
