Good service and knowledgeable staff We were looking to purchase a low mile, good price, car to finance. We were put in contact with Andrea through the Costco Auto Program. She contacted me quickly through email per my request and gave me a couple of options that met my criteria. Without making an appointment, we went to the lot the next day and Andrea wasn't onsite at that time but we were told she'd be there within 20 minutes so another dealer showed us those two cars and handed us over to Andrea when she arrived. We looked at four cars, test drove one, and sat down to make a deal. We felt we received a fair price and a good deal on the car we chose and said we were ready to move forward. Unfortunately, things slowed way down from that point but since we hadn't made an appointment I can't speak to how things would have gone if they'd been expecting us that day. We accepted the price and the dealership ran my credit and found I had a very strong score at 2:30 pm at which point we were moved to the lobby and told it would be about 20-30 minutes for the finance department to be ready for us. After about forty five minutes of waiting, our dealer updated us that it would be another 15-20 minutes and we let her know that if longer waits would be occurring we'd appreciate being told up front since we don't live in Bellingham but had some errands we could run. We waited about 30 more minutes and finance came back to us ready to sign. Signing was quick and efficient taking only about 20 minutes. We were then told the car wasn't actually ready since they hadn't had time to clean, detail, or fill the gas tank and that would be another hour. We took the opportunity to leave and run errands and let our dealer know she could text us if things changed. About thirty minutes later, at 4:45, we received an update that the car wouldn't be ready until 5:45. I returned to the dealership just shy of 6 pm and the car was ready. After a brief chat with our dealer about some paperwork I received my keys and was on my way home. The experience was only frustrating because things weren't as quick as we hoped but again, we hadn't made an appointment. Overall we were happy with our service and felt staff were friendly and knowledgeable. If they didn't know an answer they always came back with the information requested. We felt we got great value for our investment and the car is excellent...can't beat a Toyota. More

I like the unique coffee machine that's like a coffee barrista in a stainless steel dispenser machine. The waiting area is comfortable so I can kick back and work on whatever list or plans I have going at the moment. Then I was pleasantly surprised at my reasonable bill. I'll be back with my pearl white mini-van I named "Minnie Pearl." I want her to have the best of care so she lives a long long time ! ! ! :-) More
