very unsatisfied customer From the 1st person I saw to the last person I dealt with, nothing but unsatisfactory results. The Salesperson didn't know what the truck included, sales manager almost bullied you to purchase their product. Then signing the paperwork, had to do over a certain page 4 times, then he still couldn't figure it out, so he had to initial it. Then I called for license plates, and they said" no one called you on those". I said no, then had to go over the used car paperwork and they said that some one would be in there on Saturday. So, go in and of course the receptionist said no one is here on Saturday to do that. Then I asked for the license plates, and she goes to find them, couldn't find them, then finally they were in a different area. Then hands then to me, without asking if I wanted them to be put on. Had some service done there and waiting for it to be done, finally saw that is was parked outside and went in and asked why I wasn't informed, and he says he forgot, I sat there for over 1/2 hr after it was done. Then to top it off, went in to but mud flaps, and they were the wrong ones. Can't wait to see what happens next. More
