I was impressed by the quickness and efficient work & processing of the oil change and maintenance. 4. In the past, when I have an oil change, for sometime, I would smell that oil smell. Not this time. 5. I was made to feel that I matter 6. I was treated as a human being & not treated less because I am a woman. 7. The changes that is being implemented and normalized are good for customer and your bottom line. 8. Sprinter Service I was in recently for some work on our '16 MB Sprinter cargo van. There was a safety recall surrounding the drivers side airbag that was promptly repa I was in recently for some work on our '16 MB Sprinter cargo van. There was a safety recall surrounding the drivers side airbag that was promptly repaired. In fact it probably would have been done sooner if I could have arranged my schedule better, so thanks to Rod for continuing to call and remind me about this serious recall..he was eager to get it fixed and I thank you!! In addition there was a check engine light that had appeared recently and after investigation they determined that the water pump had failed and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately I was just outside my warranty due to mileage, so the repair was my obligation at $1000..yikes!! I seriously choked at that cost but agreed since it was important. Later Rod delivered good news..van was repaired and no cost. He spoke with the warranty peeps and they agreed to cover it. Great days. Thanks for going to bat for me Rod. More
