Still accommodating. I still give them an excellent service as I always go there to get my oil changed every scheduled mileage. I did go in to make an appointment about a I still give them an excellent service as I always go there to get my oil changed every scheduled mileage. I did go in to make an appointment about a few days ahead of time. When I did go there, apparently the appointment was not set in their system, but I was given an appointment card none the less when I made it. They still took me in on the spot like a walk-in for the oil change and got it done as usual time. They always check everything and inform me of any thing out of the ordinary and ensure I made the decisions I needed to make if there was any other extra things needing to replace. It was no pressure and they showed me what needed to be done like the filters that have NOT yet been replace and showing how it was deeply clogged with cotton wood for the cabin filter and black for the engine air filter. Now, it all works great. I haven't had any issue with my car over 3 years of owning it. More
