Toyota Care Service Department has improved the last year or so. The person who greeted me & had me sign the initial paperwork was very nice & knowledgeable. He was the same individual who went over, thoroughly, what had been done/found . I’m sorry, but I don’t recall his name. Very pleasant person. I don’t remember the person’s name, but in the survey I had to give a name to submit the survey, I couldnt leave that area blank, so I selected Rod. Nit sure if that was the name. Service was completed in a timely manner, less than an hour. More

Thankfully Daniel worked me in and within less than an hour I had a serviced and clean Prius to drive home. More
