great service alyssa was great...she took care of everything. i had a side problem with my truck because i had my truck door worked on at a body shop and they forgo alyssa was great...she took care of everything. i had a side problem with my truck because i had my truck door worked on at a body shop and they forgot to plug in a sensor...she called over there and toyota repaired the problem and did my 15,000 mile service.. she is an asset to your service dept. Fast, efficient service Brought car in for 12 month service. Car was serviced promptly. Was told that car wash crew does not do interior cleaning other than cursory vacuuming Brought car in for 12 month service. Car was serviced promptly. Was told that car wash crew does not do interior cleaning other than cursory vacuuming, even for additional fee. Chevy dealer does. Forgot to tell service rep that I wanted 35 PSI in tires. They let air out to door plate PSI, but corrected cheerfully when I asked about it. Also was told that they would change oil and filter on my other vehicle for $20.00 if I provided oil and filter. That is competitive with Chevy dealer. Will do that next time truck needs service. 🐸 More
