Great Customer Service I got a good deal here from Marcy on a relatively low mileage 2003 BMW 330xi. It was an extremely painless process and I was driving away in my new ca I got a good deal here from Marcy on a relatively low mileage 2003 BMW 330xi. It was an extremely painless process and I was driving away in my new car less than two hours after I arrived to test drive. The next morning I woke up to a service engine soon light on the car. I emailed Marcy and she immediately assured me that it would be taken care of. Being a Toyota dealership they were not well versed in BMW maintenance so they took it to a BMW shop where they knew it had been previously serviced. They gave me a loaner car for the whole weekend so that I wouldn’t have to drive up from oak harbor on the same day to pick up the BMW after it had been fixed. All this was done with great communication and not another cent came out of my pocket. Overall fantastic experience and I will be going here first next time I need a vehicle. More
