Once again, you demonstrated why it is so valuable and appreciated to have a Toyota dealer who is willing to put careful, cost-effective work into older vehicles, rather than other, all-too-common dealers who are primarily interested in redirecting owners of older cars toward the sales showroom. Moreover, an especially welcome aspect on this occasion was the attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable help provided by Alyssa, who was one of the best service advisors I have encountered. She gave a wealth of information, including thoughtful, honest advice about which repairs were most urgent; and, when I decided on doing the brakes and water pump, and holding off for now on the differential, she made sure that I understood all of the variables involved. The work was done on-time and expertly, the car was spotlessly clean, and things came in around $50 below estimate. This was an excellent experience, well worth recommending.
