Previously used a different Toyota dealership out of town but had a serious issue the last time there a My second visit for service at this location. Previously used a different Toyota dealership out of town but had a serious issue the last time there and never received a response. Came to Toyota of Bellingham and have not been disappointed. Service staff was ready for me when I arrived and called me by name. When service was completed he ran through everything that had been done and recommended a future service. It was nice to be able to pay right in the service area versus being called to desk where they only took payment and couldn’t explain what was serviced. Finally the staff person walked me to my car instead of just pointing it out. More
