My problem with the dealership has been with the sales department. When we purchased our used 4Runner 2 years ago I was told that we would get two keys. When they could not produce the second key I asked to have one made. They told us that it will probably turn up in a few weeks. I reluctantly left with one key. I have tried a few times to go in at get a new key (at my inconvenience) but the service department hasn’t been open or had availability any time I am there. My problem is I bought this car for my wife and I’m not going to send her in with small kids to wait around to get a key and I’m a very busy superintendent for a construction company that works 60+ hours a week. So when I was there the other day I tried to get a key made but the service department would not cover the cost of the key and wanted to charge me over $100 for it. I realize it’s been two years but I think I should have been sent home with two keys at the time of purchase. Unfortunately that’s the biggest of a few frustrations I have had with the dealership causing me to be reluctant to return for service. Hope this helps in your quest for better service. I would give service depatrtment a 5 star but the sales I would give a 3 More
