I told Richard why I was dissatisfied with my old car, and what I needed in a car and why. He knew his inventory and found the RAV4 Adventure. He explained all the benefits for owning and buying this car at this time. It was Christmas Eve and it was getting late, so I asked if he could hold the car until the weekend when everyone had more time. Without hesitation, he used a copy of my drivers license to hold the car until then. When I returned on Saturday, the car was waiting for me. Richard took the time to see that my trade-in got a proper assessment. He then went to work gathering all my information to help facilitate the financing and sale. That’s when Kelly helped me. She searched for a good loan and was able to get me the best pricing and interest. She took the time to go ver all of the packages for care and maintenance. She took a lot of her time to patiently explain the dirfferent items so I could make an informed decision as to which care package to buy. All of which will help with the upkeep and performance of my car. After signing all my papers, Kelly returned me to Richard where he got my car ready, and went over all the features. I truly feel I have made a good decision to switch from Subaru to Toyota. More
