Long wait Prius was scheduled for a possible recall notice update and 15k check. My spouse was told would take 2-2 1/2 hrs. Was finally completed 5 1/2 hrs late Prius was scheduled for a possible recall notice update and 15k check. My spouse was told would take 2-2 1/2 hrs. Was finally completed 5 1/2 hrs later. An oil change was performed by mistake, which we didn't have to pay for (and shouldn't have), which took part of that extra time, but still seemed excessive. Asked to have the headlights checked for level as we're constantly being "brighted" by oncoming vehicles since new. Nothing was mentioned or noted on invoice; just states "customer requested visual inspection." That may be a default code, but have no idea if request was performed/adjusted. Lastly, my spouse specifically requested her phone number be contacted when service completed since my number was their default. I mentioned that evening that I received a text stating car was ready and found out she never received a notification. All in all a pretty poor showing for the service center. Based on experience I question the work that WAS performed. Not sure if we'll continue with dealership once out of warranty service. More

Step away We were shopping vehicles over the past several months and had a reliable vehicle so we weren't in any rush. We dropped in and Travis promptly allowed us to test drive the car we were attracted to on the lot. It was a one of a kind. The common experience we had with other dealerships was to investigate with tons of questions before test driving. We know what we like and are quite decisive. We liked the vehicle and it was time to look at the deal. We had a figure that we wouldn't exceed and a couple back and forth negotiations however not condescending or laborious. We stepped away due to a previously arranged appointment and Travis allowed us to feel comfortable of such. He asked if we'd be able to receive a text for the final deal he'd be structuring with his manager and we approved. Within 45 minutes the text arrived and the deal was agreed. We even traded our vehicle which was unexpected yet saved us a later headache and sales tax, and he met our needs on price. Jeff met with us and had our documentation ready.
