Always the best service I live in Seattle and literally plan my service to coincide with days I’m in Bellingham so I can go to this dealership. They always have great service I live in Seattle and literally plan my service to coincide with days I’m in Bellingham so I can go to this dealership. They always have great service and I’ve never once felt ripped off or misled by them, which is more than I can say for most service centers. One year during one of my larger maintenance intervals (15k or something), the filter change was part of the Toyota Care service for that mileage. The service guy came out at the end and told me that my filters weren’t dirty enough to be changed, but since I technically paid for those filters as part of the service, he gave them to me in a box so I’d have them when my filters did get dirty. That’s the kind of stuff I love about this place. There’s an extra layer of thought and attention to detail that keeps me coming back. This time was no different. Daniel, the service rep, was super friendly and greeted me by name when I came back to pick up my car hours later. He then walked me to my car in the finished service lot, as it was dark out and not immediately visible outside the door. I recommend this dealership to everyone I can! More
