That said, Roy was extremely knowledgeable about the car and was able to demonstrate all of the features. He had a way of explaining things without “mansplaning” or making me feel dumb. Once we decided to make the purchase, the process was easy breezy, and they did everything they could to make us comfortable. They even welcomed our dog and gave him special grain-free treats!
