It's easy to book an appointment online or over the phone and they can walk you through the confusing scheduled maintenance vs vehicle diagnostics computer requirements. The reason for my downgrade is that the service department doesn't do the billing. This is handled by Parts who apparently doesn't receive or understand what Maintenance tells them so final bills are inaccurate (incorrect oil viscosity) which could impact warranty claims. Other than this, no problem. More
