Work requested was done with satisfaction I gave this rating because I am happier with the service and work done this time than on my last visit in December. At that time my brakes - which wer I gave this rating because I am happier with the service and work done this time than on my last visit in December. At that time my brakes - which were working fine - must have been changed for some reason because for the next 2 weeks I had to push the pedal to the floor before any slowing down or stopping occurred and that was scary. Fortunately it happened only the first time out each day and then not at all. Also, the windshield wipers made a loud clicking noise which wasn't happening before I brought the car in. And, there was no water/washing solution for the windshield wipers added so that remained unusable. I just felt that it was rather sloppy work. Happily the recent visit was a big improvement and service friendlier. Thank you. More
